On the trip Peter questioned Jane on why she let Charles and Smith do these things to her. The trip to the hospital took a little over 40 minutes, Smith had gone horse after about 10 minutes.

Troy asked “Peter why did you not follow Charles and Jane thorough the door behind the desk in the study?”
Peter stated “I was in shock when I heard the statement Charles said about not needing me for the rest of the night. Peter had trusted Charles at his word and did not have time to do any reacting before Smith came to escort him to observe the proceedings.”

While Peter talked to the police Jane was taken into a treatment room. Peter excused himself from his talk with the officers to ask the nurses when they were going to get the samples and remove the semen from Jane's vagina?

Peter asked them “ Officers even if some of those names are not in on this activity would it not be prudent to avoid involving those people in the initial investigation?
Officer Adams stated “Yes that is true, but it really is not their decision.”

Officer Thornton meanwhile went to check on Smith in the back of the limo. She was appalled at the beating that Smith's cock and balls had taken and rushed back to talk to Officer Adams. Pulling Troy to the side she described the condition Smith was in.
Officer Adams and Thornton accused Peter and Jane of causing the damage.

Officer Thornton listened to the list of injuries to Jane's body and noted them for the report. Meanwhile Officer Adams cuffed Peter to a bench in the treatment center of the hospital, and helped the officers that were called in to take in Smith to put him in the back of a squad car.
